  1. Hey Mitch,
Love listening to your podcast while I’m drawing and painting. Something about keeping the left side of the brain active while you’re using the artistic right side just goes for a dreamy experience. I’m taking this drawing course an hour per day, so it works out perfect to listen to your show. I got caught up on this episode today…
This is a completely nothing-exactly-to-do-with-this-particular-episode kind of question, but I’m interested in your advice about podcasting. Me and my friend are wanting to start a podcast.
How did you go about embedding your podcast? I guess it’s a flash player you’ve customized to match your site’s design. What do you recommend in general for newbies?
    Thanks!

  2. Hi Mitch,
I have been desperately trying to subscribe to you podcast using iTunes but every time I try download one I get the exclamation mark error saying that I need authorisation to access the podcast.
Really not sure what to do.

  3. I’ve now listened to this podcast three times. There is so much information that I find incredibly compelling. A couple take aways – Zuckerberg didn’t beget communication or communities when he created Facebook (re daughter story).
That communities have always existed and business have always engaged with them needs to be heard so that we don’t reinvent the wheel – just make it better.
I also loved the definition of revolution and that new media is actually returning us to a time when community engagement and personal referrals matter more than bullhorn marketing.
And I loved the analogy with the Marshall amp – that everyone can buy one and be heard, but few can actually play music.
“Make sure your product is what it is and does what it says it does.” – opening sentence of every social media marketing plan.
    Another great podcast – Thanks
    What got me passionate

  4. “now that anybody can go into the store and buy an amp, what becomes apparent is that not a lot of people know how to play the guitar.”
What a great quote (about the 10 minute mark). So true. Thanks for the podcast Mitch, keep the interesting people and interviews coming.
