I’ve been a bad boy.
All busy at Twist Image and not spending enough time on my community efforts. I took on the Chair position of the Entrepreneurship Program of YES Montreal – Youth Employment Services – where I also sit on the Board of Directors.
YES Montreal is an excellent not-for-profit group that helps Montreal people find work or start their own business. I’m proud to be a part of their team.
Tomorrow, Saturday, March 25, 2006, is one of YES Montreal’s premiere events – the 9th Annual YES Entrepreneurship Conference.
The 9th Annual YES Entrepreneurship Conference is a full-day event (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) that is taking place at the Delta Centre Ville Hotel. Our theme this year is: “Yes, You Can Do It” and our 2006 Honorary Chairperson & Keynote Speaker is Donald K. Tarlton, Chairman, Donald K. Donald Entertainment Group.
Here’s how YES Montreal describes the event:
“This full day event is Montreal’s largest English-language entrepreneurship conference and each year attracts a capacity crowd of over 350 entrepreneurs, speakers & special guests.
This conference will provide Montreal entrepreneurs of all ages with the tools they need to start, develop or expand their business.”
It really is a great event. I have been attending (and speaking) at the YES Entrepreneurship Conferences for many years.
