Let freedom ring.
Or something like that.
Only days after announcing the lawsuit, Warren Kremer Paino Advertising has dropped its suit against Blogger Lance Dutson.
A media blast was sent out today by Robert Cox from the Media Bloggers Association.
The official statement reads:
“Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Plaintiff Warren Kremer Paino Advertising, L.L.C. hereby dismisses the above-captioned action without prejudice.”
This is good news for Dutson and even better news for Warren Kremer Paino Advertising. The embarrassment is now over, but my guess is it will live forever in Google rankings. Whenever a potential client does a search on this agency, they’re going to be bombarded by links to this news item.
I think Warren Kremer Paino Advertising acted pretty fast (even though they should have never started this up in the first place). Now I am left to wonder how many Bloggers will report on this dismissal?
