I certainly am feeling the pressure to do CaseCamp Montreal 2 now. I just saw that Eli Singer has launched the wiki for CaseCamp Toronto 3, which is taking place on Wednesday, September 27th, 2006 at The Fifth Club. Twist Image friend, Sulemaan Ahmed of Sears Travel, has already signed up to present, “GEscapes Viral Campaign Sears Travel” (wish I could be there).
CaseCamp Vancouver is also getting underway the night before, Tuesday, September 26th, 2006 at Republic. At last wiki glance, they have eight presentations and over forty people registered to attend.
CaseCamp is a self-organizing unconference where a wiki is set-up and the community organizes how the night unfolds. Unconferences are becoming all the rage. I’ve had the pleasure of attending DemoCamp Toronto, PodCamp Boston and CaseCamp Montreal. These are definitely great examples of social media fibers turning into real-life fabrics.
What do you say, CaseCamp Montreal 2 sometime soon?

Side note: CaseCamp creator, Eli SInger, was also featured this week in Marketing Magazine for their cover story, Ones To Watch – our fifth annual spotlight on the next generation of marketing industry leaders. Thirteen future stars under 30 profiled. Way to go Eli – it is well deserved.
