IAB Canada Full-Day Social Media Marketing Seminar Now Open For Registration

As promised in this Blog posting: IAB Canada – Interactive Advertising Bureau – Brings A Full-Day Social Media Marketing Seminar To A Canadian City Near You, the website is now live and anyone is free to register for the IAB Canada Social Media Marketing Seminar that I have created and will be teaching in four Canadian cities.
Here’s how the IAB Canada website is describing the full-day session:
“The Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada’s new! Intensive, One-Day Course In Social Media Marketing and Web 2.0, is a full 8-hours long, and is designed to simplify and demonstrate the many new channels of marketing and communications that make up the Social Media and Web 2.0 space.
Attendees will learn about Online Social Networks, Consumer Generated Content, Tags, RSS, Blogs, Podcasts, Virtual Worlds and Wikis – and more importantly – how to leverage these marketing channels for optimal results.”
The Social Media Marketing Seminar cost $400 for IAB Members ($500 for non-members) and is taking place in the following cities:
– Montreal – June 11th, 2007.
– Toronto – June 13th, 2007.
– Vancouver – June 20th, 2007.
– Halifax – June 27th, 2007.
We have also had requests for Winnipeg, Calgary and Ottawa, so look for those in the coming months as well.
