What an amazing presentation. Kevin Roberts, author of Lovemarks and the CEO Worldwide of Saatchi + Saatchi was in Montreal today talking to the Conseil Quebecois Du Commerce De Detail about what it takes to create an authentic and lasting relationship with customers.
Roberts’ presentation was insightful and tastefully sprinkled with laugh-out-loud videos to illustrate his very potent thoughts.
I made a mad dash to say hello as he sprinted off and probably came off sounding like a dork. You would think that after spending over 15 years interviewing rock stars that wouldn’t happen. You would be wrong. Roberts’ commitment to creating brands and experiences that surpass the rest has been one of many core concepts we execute daily at Twist Image.
