Negotiate This!

Just got back from an incredible two-hour negotiating master session held by none other than Herb Cohen of You Can Negotiate Anything and Negotiate This! Herb’s style, charm, humor and insight were more than a breath of fresh air.
His main point focuses on how to win a negotiation. And, without doing it any justice, Herb says that you need to really care… just not that much. His approach and candor truly inspired me to think about how we communicate with everyone.
