Twist Image Toronto – Let's Twist Again

It has been a "done deal" for some time now and people have asked if Twist Image will, indeed, have an office in Toronto. The answer has been "yes" for a very long time, but it does take a very long time to find the right people.

I’m thrilled to say that Leigh Himel is heading up Twist Image in Toronto (aka TITO). The office space is on Front and Spadina, and there’s plenty of room for us to hold some small community and "un"events (so look for those in the coming months). Leigh has a rocking Blog called, Leigh’s Blitherings, that I have been following since we both sat on a panel on social media a few years back (where her knowledge of the space blew me away). Leigh was formerly the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Blast Radius and before that was the Vice President of Client Services at Maclaren McCann Interactive. She’s also dabbled in new media entrepreneurship. Overall, it’s a perfect fit and I look forward to hanging out a lot more with Leigh and helping our clients connect in these digital channels.

We are definitely looking to grow the Toronto team. We’ve also brought on Virginia Magaletta as our Toronto Creative Director, and we’re presently filling roles for Account Directors, Account Executives and usability/interface professionals. Virginia was a Senior Interactive Designer at Taxi and also held senior creative roles at Fjord Marketing, Euro RSCG 4D, Ogilvy Interactive and more.

In the meantime, I will be staying/living in Beautiful Montreal and making very regular commutes to Tdot.

And now, back to regularly scheduled Blogging about Digital Marketing, Personal Branding and how to grow your online marketing…
