As always great food for thought. Most of it is between the thoughts. That’s what make this show so great.
One of my thoughts (of many) coming from the show……
Saying you’re a social media expert is like saying you are a direct mail expert because you can lick a stamp.
You need to be a marketing, communications or networking expert first and then share your philosophies on how to use these platforms with targets and goals in mind.
I find it rather sad that so many people claim to be social media experts.
