Welcome to episode #165 of Six Pixels Of Separation – The Twist Image Podcast. Another fine mess that these guys have gotten me into. This is the new episode of Media Hacks and features some great conversation and some coloured language (so, it’s not work safe). We discuss everything from buying ads on viral videos before they break big and how things spread (and how fast they go away). Do brands still need to worry about what people are saying about them online? Enjoy the conversation…

I’m halfway through (commute) and I’m already fired up to blog about United Breaks Guitars. I think I have some answers and additional insights, but I’ll wait to see if you guys come to the same conclusions during my drive home tonight.
Great stuff as usual, guys. Keep it up!
Oh and for the fucking record, the potty-mouth doesn’t bother me at all. And if you’re listening to this while hanging out with your kids, you should re-evaluate how you spend time with your kids.
…aaaaand here’s my post: Media Hacks Break Guitars http://bit.ly/2vOrf9
I think the language used on Media Hacks is a non issue. The voices are authentic and when people, especially true for this bunch of gangsta’s, sensor themselves too much, the discussion becomes bland. Not that I could imagine Shel and Neville dropping f-bombs left and right, but on Media Hacks it works.
The language makes me feel very normal. Please tell Julian to keep on keepin’ on. Another great podcast.
Oh, by the way, does this make me listener #2…or #4 judging by the comments 🙂
