re: my audio comment and transitory nature of Twitter posts– I treat them as “in the moment” posts. I look for immediate response, and on rare occasions I ask again later in the day if I am still looking for it. It’s a fine line between getting all of the audience and annoying with repetition.
Twitter posts, to me, have the life span of an insect– blog posts are permanent.
Regardless of a bug’s life – this content will have a long tail and will live on forever in search engines and in archives.
Imagine in twenty-five years, your grandchildren can look back on what you were doing… pretty cool.
